Founded in 1991 in Chicago’s River North neighborhood by Richard Melman’s Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Maggiano’s Little Italy was created as a neighborhood restaurant inspired by traditional Italian-American dining. The brand was acquired by Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) in 1995 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
Maggiano’s operates more than 50 locations across the United States, offering classic and contemporary Italian-American dishes including pastas, steaks, seafood, and signature desserts. Each restaurant provides lunch, dinner, carryout, delivery, and banquet services for private and special events.
